Return requests for machinery may be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Each request is reviewed individually and requires written approval from SES DIS TICARET LTD STI before any equipment is shipped or collected for return.
Requesting a return
Contact our sales team within 30 days of delivery with your order details, the machine identification, and the reason for the request. Do not send equipment to an address or arrange transport until you have received written return instructions from us.
Return condition, freight, and refunds
For each approved request, the eligibility conditions, inspection process, return transport and insurance responsibilities, any applicable costs, and the amount and timing of any refund will be confirmed in writing before the return is arranged. Refunds, where approved, are processed according to those written terms after the agreed inspection and return steps are complete.
